Ingredients
- 8 oz of linguine pasta
- 3 large ripe tomatoes, chopped
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup minced basil
- Salt and Pepper

3 tbsp Tuscan Herb Olive Oil
Directions
- Cook linguine according to your package directions in a pot of salted water
- While the pasta is cooking, chop your tomatoes and place in a bowl
- Add your minced basil and Parmesan cheese and 1 tbsp of Tuscan Herb Olive Oil
- When the pasta is al dente, with a pasta spoon or tongs, strain your pasta right into the tomato mixture and toss gently
- Add the remaining 2 tbsp Tuscan Herb Olive Oil and toss to coat until a nice sauce forms
