Ingredients
- 8 medium/large short ribs
- 1 cup diced onion
- 1 cup diced celery
- 2 cans 28oz Hunts crushed tomatoes (Whole30 compliant)
- 2 tsp onion powder
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 2 cups Whole30 approved beef broth
- 1/2 tsp kosher salt
- 1/3 cup Olivino Traditional Balsamic
- 1 tsp Olivino Ultra-Premium Olive Oil
Directions
- Fry bacon and set aside, and reserve bacon grease.
- Turn crock pot on low.
- Lightly oil the bottom of crock pot with olive oil.
- Add remaining ingredients and give a good stir.
- Season all sides of short ribs with kosher salt and sear in olive oil.
- Once all short ribs are seared, add to crock pot, and relax!
- Let cook for 8 hours and enjoy.
- Reserve leftover broth and use for Olivino Whole30 Vegetable Soup!
