DIRECTIONS
- Lightly oil frying pan with olive oil and put over medium to high heat.
- In a separate bowl, add banana slices and drizzle balsamic over the bananas along with salt, cinnamon, and coconut milk. Lightly mix.
- Add banana mixture to heated pan and stir vigorously, careful not to mash.
- Bananas are done when balsamic starts to caramelize!
